These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of xraytechsurvivalkit.com and your purchase or use of the X-Ray Tech Survival Kit and related digital materials. By using the website, purchasing a product, or downloading the files, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement. If you use the website or purchase a product on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Digital products and delivery

The X-Ray Tech Survival Kit is delivered electronically. You are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, maintaining access to your email and device, and using compatible software to open the included files. If you experience a delivery or download problem, contact us at support@xraytechsurvivalkit.com.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are shown before checkout and may change for future purchases. You authorize the applicable charge when you complete checkout. You are responsible for any taxes or fees that apply to your purchase.

Final-sale policy

Because access to the downloadable files is provided immediately, all digital-product sales are final and non-refundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law. Please review the product description, preview pages, included formats, and compatibility information before purchasing. Contact support if you are charged more than once, receive the wrong files, cannot access the purchased files, or believe a transaction was unauthorized. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

Personal-use license

Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the product for your own educational and professional-development purposes. Ownership of the product and its intellectual-property rights does not transfer to you.

Prohibited uses

You may not:

• Share, upload, publish, distribute, sublicense, or resell the files or any substantial portion of them.
• Provide copies to classmates, coworkers, schools, employers, online groups, file-sharing services, or artificial-intelligence training datasets.
• Remove watermarks, ownership notices, or other rights-management information.
• Repackage, translate, adapt, or create a competing commercial product from the materials.
• Use the website or files unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that interferes with security or operation.

Educational disclaimer

The product is an independent educational and organizational resource. It is not medical advice, legal advice, employer policy, an accredited radiography program, or a substitute for required education, clinical supervision, competency assessment, or official examination preparation. It is not sponsored, endorsed, or approved by ARRT, CDPH, any licensing agency, school, clinical site, employer, or equipment manufacturer.

Licensure and examination information

Licensing, certification, permit, examination, and facility requirements can change and vary by jurisdiction. You are responsible for confirming current requirements directly with ARRT, the applicable state regulator, your educational program, clinical site, or employer. We do not guarantee that use of the product will result in examination success, licensure, certification, employment, promotion, or any particular outcome.

Clinical safety and patient information

Always follow current laws, facility policies, manufacturer instructions, radiation-safety procedures, infection-control practices, and directions from qualified supervisors. Do not enter protected health information or patient identifiers into the workbook or send such information to us.

Accuracy and updates

We aim to provide useful and accurate materials, but information may contain errors, become outdated, or not apply to every situation. We may revise the website or products at any time. A purchase does not include future editions, updates, or support beyond reasonable assistance with accessing the purchased files unless expressly stated.

Intellectual property
